Direwolf20 1.6.4 Order shards? Where are they!

I've been playing a few days on the pack and mining away as you do. I have like 20/30 of each type of shard now except for order shards which I can't seem to find any of? I was just wondering if there is a specific type of place or way to get these as general mining doesn't seem to be yielding any of them?

Maybe it's biome-specific? Like more fire shards in deserts or more water in an ocean?

I find all types of shards under my base in a cherry blossom grove, I think my mine runs into a snowy biome and a pine forest tho.

They are there, if you watched one of Direwolfs videos, he thought there was a bug, but they are very rare and might be biome specific. Check the Thuamcraft forum for more help.

Just found some Order Shards in a desert biome. I was having the same issue where I could not find them but have stacks of the other kinds.
