Direwolf 1.12.2 super low fps HELP

Details of the issue Im having super low fps. 1 frame or less. I've seen all kinds of suggestions from settings to optifine and so on. Nothing helps at all. All drivers are updated. ^GB ram allocated. $.2 GHz quad. There is no reason this pack should cause such an issue. Please help me figure this out.
