Details of the issue:
Im having problems playing Infinity Evolved on my new PC. I have the problem that all of us block breakers hate, block lag. When i open chests, break blocks and more. It takes a short moment for anything to happen.
Tested
*Playing on a localserver
*Playing through the FTB launcher
*Playing through Curse launcher
*Starting new worlds
*Increasing allocated RAM (4GB allocated atm)
*Making sure i have latest graphics drivers
My hardware : Intel Core i5 6600k @4.2Ghz | Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 SSC | 4x4GB DDR4 Memory @ 2133Mhz | Asus Maximus VIII Gene |​

Not sure if it is any help, but I am experiencing the same issue. I also have almost the exact same hardware that you have. It could be a firmware or graphics driver issue. If you find the answer, please let me know.

Same issue, and hardware (excluding processor i7-6700k) it's really annoying!
