Well, I'm already planning on starting up my matter fab/replicator, so I might skip the advance nano chestplate all together.

Doesn't the chestpiece give you immunity to fire/poison, etc? Or is that gravisuite.

I think it is the Quantum helmet that cures any negative conditions. But not sure.

Hmmm.

Lastly, what is the range on the memory storage/scanner/replicator? They don't need to be right next to each other right?

Replicator and memory need to be next to each other, scanner can be anywhere.
Yes, but you might want to considder placing then like this: Scanner, storage, replicator.
This way you skip the whole "storing on disks" completely and can store scanned patterns directly in the storage and load them from there in the replicator.

Ohhhh. So that's what people were talking about. Do I still need an empty memory crystal?

Nope. Patterns will simply be transferred from one machine to the other.
Not unless you want to store "hard copies" of the scans in case you need to move the machines and such. Or copy the pattern to multiple machines or to a friend.

You've just copied Etho, badly...

EDIT:

Let's give some constructive criticism instead:

Raise the ceiling, it doesn't lend to the feel.. It makes it cramped.
Drop cables etc a block lower to cover them, chisel doesn't play nice with multiparts(wish it did though)
Get a plan to your machines, at the ,moment they're just sort of placed everywhere, machines in the floor covered by glass can look good and make things look cleaner
I disagree, when I saw the images I instantly though of a bunker, it does not even feel cramped. To each there own I guess.[DOUBLEPOST=1403987259][/DOUBLEPOST]
It is beautiful...

It kinda gave me flashbacks to movies such as Alien etc. of the space ship corridors etc. Hoping I can do something similar to this for the "bowels" of my current Monster build, but bit restricted by not all the block having been updated in Soartex yet :( Looks good though.

Really going to have to install Carpenters blocks I think, despite how I decided that they were "un-minecraft like". Just makes everything looks so much better.

And I SO badly want that shining metal futuristic chisel block updated by Soartex!

Oh and use that F1 damnit! :p

It is essentially the same API as stairs, only you have to spent the materials cost to get the carpenter blocks themselves. It is nice, because you can achieve these nice beveled looks. Notice how I achieved corner stair, without having "stairs" next to it at 90 degrees. That freedom is lovely.[DOUBLEPOST=1404060428][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, the quantum suit isn't charging my advanced drill. Is this IC2-to-Gravisuite failure?

No Quantum armour has never been able to power tools. Only the different battery packs when worn can do that in "vanilla" IC2.
You will need either GraviChest, Advanced NanoChest or Advanced Jetpack from Gravisuite to charge tools while also giving flight/armour.

Hmmm. I guess I'll keep the quantum chest piece for combat, one more armour bar. Eventually might as well upgrade into gravisuite, heh. Give me something to do.

I might make all end game armours and compare them. Give an official thread with data, etc. from a survival perspetive, instead of pure creative theorycrafting.

Looks great ! It reminds me a lot of Natural Selection, a Half-Life-based game of Marines vs. Aliens that's usually on a "Marine base" or "Off-world industrial colony" type map ala "Aliens".

One of the best Minecraft industrial builds I've seen. Nice work :)
