Summary of the problem Crop Stick Lag

What is the bug? Large plots of crop sticks are causing crippling lag. This brings my average 120 fps down to 10 and below.
As few as 10-15 crop sticks together also cause noticeable frame rate stutter.

Is it repeatable? Yes

Known Fix Remove the crop sticks.

Reported, although I am not able to repeat this on my dev computer and on a gaming laptop.
