Details of the issue:

Start at 00:00:38 (at the very end, sorry for the long log). I had a crash earlier around 23:50 when attacked by a Phantom (I didnt see it, the logs tell me this).​

i have the same problem,and i have already force update my modpack and the problem doesn't fix

Caused by a Phantom from Biomes O Plenty. No real fix available (to my knowledge) apart from disabling Phantoms from the BoP config.
