CRASH Report - Block Shifts

I left the area, when I returned all of my machine blocks had shifted position and when I clicked on one, figuring it to be a visual error - http://pastebin.com/08E6n23D

Something (prob an Anit-Virus with a Real Time Shield (RTS)) is keeping the files open. This causes the game to crash cause it can't open the file.
