Crash on trying to access the chunkloader GUI

I tried breaking and replacing the chunkloader but it still crashes this is in the Ultimate pack with (forgeirc, gravisuite, gregtech, modularforcefileds, railcraft, secretrooms mod, and Steve carts disabled)

Known issue, update chickenchunks to version 1.3.1.2 from http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/909223-147152-smp-chickenbones-mods/ (Note, it's not in the "older version" hyper link but instead in the current versions downloads, the 1.4.7 version)
