Bug Crash on Pre-init with Chisel for 1.9

I reported this bug to the Chisel team here and was told the issue was with the FTB Launcher due to a missing library.

This crash occurs during pre-init only when using the FTB Launcher. Same exact versions and configs work fine in Curse and vanilla launcher, but currently Chisel does not seem to work with 1.9 packs on the FTB launcher.

The crash report was generated when launching 3rd party pack with code "danny". All mods were disabled except Chisel for this report. However, any combination of mods will cause the same crash as long as Chisel is enabled.

FTB Launcher: v1.4.12
Chisel Version: 1.9-0.0.4.13

Upon further investigation with the FTB Team and the mod developers, we have located a mod bug and reported it. This library is supposed to be server only, however it happens to be shipped on both sides by some launchers which is why it was only picked up in this circumstance.

I can now successfully launched with the latest Chisel and the FTB Launcher!
