Problem Crash on Infinity Evolved

Hello everybody, Sorry for my English I am French. Here is my problem, for some time when I join my modded minecraft server I crash for no reason, I don't know why ... Sometimes when I wait a long time I can play without it crashing but I have to easily wait 20 minutes, but sometimes it still crashes ... Before that didn't do that ... Here is the crash report, can anyone help me? (I had to attach the file containing my logs because it contains too many characters).
I hope you can help me!
