Could not get provider type for dimension x, does not exist

I'm getting this when anyone tries to enter twilight forest on my server.

I have changed the dimension ID for twilight forest to 95 because of the mystcraft conflict.

on the server, i can see the world files for this dimension

data forcedchunks.dat RedstoneEther region twilight.fc
:/home/ftb/world/DIM95#

tpx'ing to the zone also causes the same issue as going through the portal.
op/not op creative/survival makes no difference.

I have removed the world files and remade it, changed ID's etc, same issue.

searching the forums, i see a number of people with the same issue, but no fixes so far.

Found the answer to this.

Important to note that this isn't a server only setting, all your clients have to update this setting too or you start getting clients crashing

FTB\Direwolf20\minecraft\config

Edit TwilightForest.cfg

Change this to what ever dimension number your server uses.
