Working on my gravi-chestplate, I need some 60k coolant cells. I can either go through a dozen steps to craft them manually, or according to NEI I can just fill an empty cell with liquid coolant in a liquid transposer. What mod is coolant from and how do I make it? I haven't had much luck googling- apparently way too common of a term.

You can only get the liquid coolant from removing it from 60k coolant cells, after just checking the 10, 30 and 60k in a transposer. Don't know what the point of that would be other than to fill a tank or something. Possibly a way to save tin while storing a massive amount of coolant.
Coolant is added by IC2. It's purpose is a better coolant liquid in Combustion Engines from Buildcraft.
