Nope, throwing them/eating them doesn't do anything to the rate at which they increase, only way to increase that is by having the Sorceress increase the rate

So the new prestige system is OP, I reset and got 3000 heavenly chips, boosting my cps by 15,080%. After one day I have 54,766,414,000.9 cps
Wait, the number of heavenly chips earned is the square root of the total number of cookies made divided by one trillion. Therefore, 3000x3000 is 9 million. So, you had 9 million trillion cookies made before you reset?
