Hi All,
I started pottering about with modded Mine Craft and the FTB launcher about the same time that DireWolf20 began season six, which I think was about Christmas last year.
I just wanted to post a message here - now that Season six has concluded - that he did a terrific job on this series (It's the first series I've watched). I started off barely knowing where to start with modded Mine Craft, or even what half the mods did, I usually just build a wooden shack and a couple of wheat farms, did a bit of mining and that was about it.
I really enjoyed following each episode and having a go at each of the projects he did (there were so many different builds)! Though I STILL have a long way to go, I'm now using Computer Craft, have automated buildings, bases in multiple dimensions, farms, reactors, storage systems, a magic cave... the list goes on.
I learned a lot about many of the mods and also enjoyed Dire's lateral thinking and approach to problem solving.
For me, it was like getting a new set of Lego instructions for some new model every week.
So, from me (and I'm quite sure many others who were new to modded Mine Craft) that have followed your series these nearly 11 months, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you for all your efforts and your contribution to the Mine Craft community.
Can't wait to see what will happen in 1.7
Yours Sincerely,
Wuffle
