thermal expansion:
three redundant lines:
block.machine=560
block.ore=253
block.rockwool=561
that's from 1.0.x and isn't used anymore

Forestry: Block ID for the BC engines isn't set

IC2: never disabled crafting rails from bronze. with Railcraft in the pack this is a good thing to do as it's a way to bypass it's track crafting methods and rolling table.

also a few others that are too late to change, like a handful of block IDs that are *still* below 255 that don't have to be. (IC2 ores, etc..) Aka: may cause issues with future Minecraft versions.

I believe it is inteded that all the ores got an ID below 255.

I haven't tested it but there might be issues if they are set to an higher ID....

been running it for a long time with IC2 copper and tin in the 900 range for the 1.4.2 version, works fine. Also note that in their own configs the Thermal Expansion ores are in the above 255 range.

also noticed something else: Forestry copper and tin is still enabled. Probably shouldn't be as even with one copper and tin source one ends up drowning in copper.

This more properly belongs in Tech Support.
not really, this has everything to do with the mod pack and nothing to do with a technical problem.
