Config to enable Buildcraft "Builder"?

Hello,
my buildcraft builder dont want work but i know why because it disable cuz' the world crashed. Well, but i want use it so is there a config for that?

It's disabled because it's broken.

Removed cause it's literally broken so Convertjauger is working on that to get the Builder back into Buildcraft as soon it's figured out. Along with world crashes other side effects included high chance of files becoming corrupted, chunks resets, and modded items not working right most of the time.
