Is there a way to make to get mulch (or compost) to go in the right slot (bottom middle) so when it uses so it fills up?

Basically getting sick of filling only 64 of the such.

Buildcraft pipes should put it in the correct slot no matter what side it enters.

RP tubes i believe certain directions go to certain slots. Try the bottom?

If I'm manually filling it, I usually just throw a relay on the bottom.

I've since worked out that an oak tree farm produces enough mulch (via apple juice) to supply 2 fermenters (one water, one juice).

When you say water..do you mean apple juice? Can you hook up a squeezer to the fermenters? Via pipes.

The setup I use is:

Output of a SC2 farm on the border of a chunk is pumped out.

First destination is a squeezer for apples. The juice and mulch is pumped to a fermenter (when full, the mulch carries on to a second filled with water). These are where the saplings are put. The tree farm output then goes to barrel/void.

The biomass is pumped from fermenters to 3 stills (usually the limiting factor for the system), then into a xycraft tank underground.

To begin with, this is powered by a biogas engine attached to the line, but now I've got the wood excess cooked by a powered furnace, feeding a 2x2x3 LP boiler, giving more than enough power for operation, and to develop my systems further.

Can you give out the full names? I am new and not familiar with the abbreviations. Also pictures would be nice!

Xycraft tank is the tank from xycraft. Made from a shell of any solid blocks, with a valve in one wall. Right click the valve and, presto, tank.

LP is low pressure, meaning that it was made with iron plates, rather than steel. The firebox was solid-fuelled (charcoal).
