Minecraft Version: 1.4.2​
Java version: "1.7.0_09" (build 1.7.0_09-b05) 32 bit
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: Placing a cicada bug on cobble and breaking the bug afterwards makes the bug's sounds get stuck in the area it was placed.​
Error logs: none​


EDIT: Server restart fixed the issue.
