Chunk reset (Deep Dark and Ender Qurray)

I have a problem that happend twice now.

Im mining in Deep Dark and both times the chunk with the Ender Qurray has been reset so the area is full of stone and I have lost my Qurray.

Im using Direwolf20 version 1.0.23 and have never seen it before but now it happend twice. Any ideas?

What method of item transfer are you using?

Im using enderchest and a furnace generator for power.

Replace enderchest with tesseracts and problem should be solved, ender chests cause chunk resets.
