chunk loader block crashing

Hello i keep getting this error crash everytime that i try and break one of my chunk loaders in my game. i just changed my world from a direwolf server to an ultimate server. im assuming that this has something to do with it.

Do you break it in Survival or Creative or Creative+ mode?

I was in the nei creative mode where I still have access to my inventory and items. Just a note from playing around with it. I can move around in my world and call over items from nei but chunk loaders don't seem to work at all. Calling them from nei or them working in the world. I can't interact with them and they don't load chunks

So in creative+, does it also happen in normal Creative
