Use spoiler tags or pastbin for crash reports, and that looks more like an error with the tardis mod than Cromaticraft.

The two mods are conflicting with each other it seems cause if I remove Cromaticraft or Tardis mod then it fixes itself but I want both mods with it.

The only mod I'm seeing mentioned in that crash report (based on a very quick look) suggests a problem with Applied Energistics 2. Obviously that doesn't fix the issue, but it's somewhere to start if nothing else.

Man, the music puzzle structure is really frustrating.
  • Runes fly off the crystals at a random speed (edit: random within a range based on tone, it looks like), making it difficult to tell which crystal was activated for each note, particularly in long or complex melodies. For example, if green throws off a slow rune followed by red throwing off a fast rune, it can seem like the red came first because it disappeared first. Could this be normalized?
  • Chromaticraft doesn't respect the music volume, even at 1% or whatever instead of being totally turned off. I cannot even begin to do the puzzle with background music drowning out the notes I'm trying to listen to. The only workaround I've found is to open the music tab and turn the master volume down, then back up, but this only lasts a few minutes before background music kicks in again.
  • Even on a local server, random server hiccoughs have caused me to disconnect part way through a structure 3 times now, which instantly resets the dimension. I imagine this would be even worse on an actual networked server where a slight connection hiccough would have the same effect.
As for the shifting maze
I don't know if this varies with difficulty but I was on default, there are 6 keys and 7 doors, and none of the keys ever fit the final door. Am I missing something obvious?

AE2 is pretty commonly the shorthand of Applied Energistics 2, so that's my first place to start looking. Takes some practice to read crashlogs, and even then I'm not great at it, just poking around looking for mod names and then seeing if I can find the problem from there.

After looking more deeply at the crash log, the problem seems to be the tardis mod expecting the presence of AE2. Perhaps it's detecting Chromaticraft and thinking that it's AE2. This seems to be an issue on it's side.

at tardis.TardisMod.postInit(TardisMod.java:275)

I don't see a single refenece in the stack trace to Chromaticraft or DragonAPI. So the problem is almost certainly on the Tardis Mod's side. I hope this helps.

What was the last version of RoC/Dragon API that did NOT do any forestry integration?

In other words, if I wanted to use forestry 4, and an older RoC, how far back would I have to go?

Is there any way to get your book back, or fill another book with fragments, if you lose the original? I lost mine to an infernal mob with the annoying capability of destroying my held items, but cannot seem to fill another book with the fragments i had spare. The fragments simply will not update to display knowledge not in the current book, as my old book had all my fragments up to date. The discoveries are there in any book, but without the knowledge fragments I am quite lost.

Is there any way to get your book back, or fill another book with fragments, if you lose the original? I lost mine to an infernal mob with the annoying capability of destroying my held items, but cannot seem to fill another book with the fragments i had spare. The fragments simply will not update to display knowledge not in the current book, as my old book had all my fragments up to date. The discoveries are there in any book, but without the knowledge fragments I am quite lost.
If you go to the the tab in the top two that isn't for progress and have an ink sac and paper in your inventory, you can click on the fragments and they will be put in the lexicon.
