Solved changeing configs

heya ive change the configs on the server for greg tech's recipe on cells from 4 to 8 however this does not change it at all for anyone on the server i have restarted the sever after changed configs still nothing however when i change it client side it seems to work and you get 8 so how do i get the sever to push out the new recipe to all clients?

the server can't push anything at this moment. The only way you can do is let all your players edit it manual or edit yours and send them to all players to overwrite theirs

no idea, i guess mojang has to implement this. so who knows
