Whenever I centrifuge emerald or diamond combs it makes a "tiny pile of ___ dust" is there a config option to change this?
Also they don't stack, if I take one out of the centrifuge and place it in my inventory and then place another they stack but the number in the stack doesn't change.

Did you check the config file yourself?

UniZero, does that mean there actually is a config option in Gregtech to make emerald and diamond combs deliver emeralds and diamonds instead of dust? Then where is it??
That was the question of the OP, and I personally would love to know as well. I checked all Gregtech configs several times over yet could not find this option.

They're meant to produce dust, not emeralds/diamonds themself.
They're meant by Gregtech, but not by the bee mods themselves. Without GT installed, emerald combs deliver emeralds, not dust (you can watch that happening live in Direwolf's LP 5).
Turning dust into emeralds and diamonds is a very complicated, GT only affair requiring lots of iTNT and an implosion compressor, hence without GT installed the dust would be pretty useless.

Well if you want the easymode on, how about not playing with GT then?
The question here is not "GT - Yes or No", but "Is there a config option to stop GT from messing with non-GT bees?"
This is what the OP wanted to know, and since there was an answer that seemed to hint at the existence of such a config option, I, too, am curious now. After all, GT does indeed offer a lot of options to keep it from messing with stuff.

Okay since we've established that there isn't a config option does anyone know what's up with dust that's been centrifuged not stacking?

If I stack say 10 pieces of dust they act like only one piece of dust.

They're meant by Gregtech, but not by the bee mods themselves.

Nope, actually the author of extra bees (Hay binny) went and added something in his code that detects the existance of GT and makes the change in extra bees himself. So it's not a change done by GT, it's a change because of GT.

This, like the GT mode in MFR and the GT recipes in MPS is people doing things because they think greg would do it that way.
