Can't figure out how to write review

I've written a review on a server posting before. I can't seem to figure out how to do it again. I want to apply to a server but I need to write a comment or a review in the post.

You do not apply to a server by writing a review. If you spot any servers doing this then please report them. There should be a way of applying that doesn't involve writing a review. That said, there is a rate this server section under each post.
