i got now that the error is about my antivirus that can't let the ftb download the file. Can i fix it somehow without unintstalling the antivirus?

Most AV software have a "temporarily disable" feature somewhere for just this occasion.

Unless turning it off might work but even then it may not. Try using a different one if it is free.

The problem is i don't really like the idea of reinstalling the anti virus, and turning it off also doesn't work. Can i install the pack manually somehow?

i use norton anti virus

You should switch to something like AVG, honestly. Norton can be a system hog at times.

Look in your options to see if you have the ability to temporarily disable Norton. It's been a few years since I've used it so idr if it has it.

i swear i would do it if you could, but my father won't let me, because he likes this anti virus so much or i don't know what...
i tried to disable the anti virus, and that is not helping at all.

It should be able to be turned off for a set amount of time or at least you used to be able to do it.

I used to have Norton myself but had issues with it breaking every few months and requiring and re-install and after few times i decided to use free software.

There may be a way to add an exception to allow the download to proceed.
