Can't connect to server

Details of the issue:
Last night My power went out and I went to bed. Woke up today, tried joining my usual server (which is online as of this post and my friend is logged into it). It just says, "Cant Connect to Server". If I try to connect anyway it says, "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:. I've tried like 15 servers and they all say the same thing which makes me think I have a problem on my end. I don't know how to even approach this problem.​

On the launcher, go to "options" tab, click "Force update" (just once) and then launch the pack again.

I did that just now but all the servers still say cant connect to server. On a side note, I can go to direct connection and get into my normal server though when I hit tab there is a big red x where there's normally a few green bars by my name.

Yea, there's mod difference between you and the server. I thought this might be because of corruption so force update should've fixed it, but guess not. If you have a single-player saves you wanna save, take a backup of them. After this, delete the whole modpack folder and re-download it.

Make sure you're using the correct pack&version and connecting to the correct server. Ask the admin if he has changed any mods if you still can't join

Yeah, deleting the entire pack folder and relaunching so it would download it again worked. Thank you so much for taking to time to help me problem solve.
