Windows .exe Cant Break Blocks Without Their Proper Tools

I need the blocks proper tool in singleplayer to break it.

What pack are you playing. Did you add any additional mods. Etc. We can't help you without a bit more info.

He means that the only way he's able to break a block is by using the approppriate tool i.e. can only use a shovel to destroy dirt rather than being able to break it without a tool.

You're probably in adventure mode somehow. Switch to survival with /gamemode 0 nei may switch you back to survival if you didn't enable cheats but I'm not sure.

Sorry, There are no added mods and I am playing the Ultimate Pack. I am in surival.

Try switching to adventure mode and back to survival because there's a flag that decides whether you can break blocks normally or only with the appropriate tool that may have been toggled for some reason and switching to adventure mode and back should toggle it back.
