Details of the issue:

I've recently downloaded the FTB launcher and downloaded FTB infinity evolve mod pack with it because my friend made a server and I wanted to play. Once it installed I tried connecting to his server and it wouldn't let me connect and said I had a outdated client and needed to update to 1.8.8.​

I set the verson to recomended on the launcher but it says its Infinity Evolved 2.3.5 at the main menu of the game when I start it, the only line of text it puts in the console when I try to connect is listed below

Show us the log. I don't care about a single line, I want to see the full log of you logging on, trying to connect and then failing to connect.

The only things it says in the log before that is just the files its downloading, I tried copying it all but it wouldn't let me past all of it in this box
