Can I restore a deleted world?

Hey guys I need some major help if you would. I just let my nephew play FTB and he deleted my world thinking it was his own! I've spent hours on this world and I was hoping someone knows a way to get it back. If so please help me out =)
 
Nope unless you have a backup of it (Always make backups. Always. No exceptions. Have at least 4 of them.)

world is files in directory, so you can atempt restore world as any files can be restored.
 
Well true, if you use external programs it's possible to recover deleted files. Just google something like "how to restore deleted files" etc and it should throw few places for you to take a look at.
