oh, no my internet just slows down into the bytes. so i still can use it but it takes a minute or 3 to load a page.

okay, clarifying time, my internet is not capped. it just slows down to about 1/2 a kilobyte a second. i can still get on but i will be minimizing my time spent to keep my internet from slowing down too much. (yes i can still play werewolves.)
