bug maybe, need direction please

I have been searching the forums for about 30min now and still haven't found anything like what i am experiencing i think anyways. I am a bit of a noob and not sure what to call this issue to search for it properly.

Problem:
I blew up a compressor with three overclockers in it and four recyclers with a MFE (yeah i'm a noob still). after this happened i face palmed then headed to the crafting table to fix damage. half way back to the AE terminal the lava in the tank, redstone juice in the pipes and all the other fluids in pipes and what not plus the way points were circling me. i picked up the rest of the exploded scraps and that stoped, but i can see anything in my inventory when i hit "E". also when i hit "E" the console window gets a error spamed:

i forced a update, logged in and out a few times, and it is still messed up on my current seed. my other older seed is fine. i read in a ftb trouble shooting post that i should copy/paste my crash report to pastebin. I made an acount and did so. what next?

thanks for any help in either solving this or pointing me and my thread to the right place.

update. started new world and the console is showing same error, but no ingame issues. oh, editing op for game and mods list

The GL errors are often caused by a texture pack, or your graphics not quite being up to the task. Not usually a problem for gameplay. May cause a bit of lag.
