In the new FTB ultimate 0.7 in 1.5.2 I put in Biomes o plenty in my mod pack in my server, but when I am loading new chunks I am not seeing any new terrain gen. Its all normal minecraft biomes, does this mean I need to restart my server world?

You'll need to edit the configs for BoP, "Add Biomes To Default World"=true

Resetting the map is up to you. After you do this and explore new chunks, the new terrian will appear.
