Details of the issue:

Whilst attempting to craft the "Booster Engine" part for the advanced electrical jetpack the item would not craft with the recipe provided in both NEI (https://i.gyazo.com/6cff06b70795972681c39681ce66f7ab.png)
and the wiki (http://ftbwiki.org/Booster_Engine)

Also, please do a search on that thread. I believe this one has already been reported and has a possible solution via a minetweaker script change.
