Summary of the problem boat placed in nether crash

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? boat placed in nether crashes the entire chunk

Mod & Version minecraft 1.10.2

Is it repeatable? place a boat in the nether

Known Fix delete the chunk or reset the nether break the boat, clear entities?
