I have tried twice to progress past the biomass challenge and failed so, finally I tore open the biomass input and discovered the second biomass blackhole tank inside the challenge map (below the first one) had 107 buckets of Tectonic Petrotheum. Not sure whats going on there, replacing this tank with an empty one fixed the problem.
