Open Blood Orb not accepting LP-- Please help

Ok, So I dont know if this is in the right place but, I am currently using a teir 5 blood altar and now all of the sudden my blood orb only shows that i have 10 LP but yet i can go place water using the water sigil but i cant activate a ritual. IF you know how to fix this problem please help. I am using a Archmages Blood orb
