Windows .exe Black screen when trying to connect to server (ftb ultra)

So launching FTB ultimate is fine, however when I get to the server connect screen, and I do so, it stays on the dirt background for a few seconds. Then the screen goes black for another few seconds, then FTB just closes on it's own

If you need a log.. Uh just tell me when I am suppose to click the 'paste my log to pastebin.com' since I've never done this before.
So yeah. Regular FTB i am quite sure works fine for me

so far I have uninstalled Java, reinstalled it
Uninstalled FTB and deleted all folders, reinstalled.
Force updated FTB and launched
Stopped all Java processes and tried

nothing seems to work.

The full log is stored in the minecraft folder inside the modpack you are using... Forge-log-somethingoranother.....-0.log?
The crash report is going to be in the same minecraft folder, under a folder called crash-report.

You can't miss them, just don't remember exactly what they are called.

Step one...

• Follow the link in my sig, follow the instructions for updating java....
• Try and play minecraft, re-post both logs if it happens again, otherwise
• Enjoy your game!

I had to uninstall more java, restart, install java, restart, then install FTB again and it worked.
