Mac Black screen upon connecting to server.

Hello all, im experiencing the same problems and tried all the above. My server of which im whitelisted has just moved from minecrack to the ultimate pack. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have also tryed this on another mac and the same problem? i was wondering if anyone could help and as this is the only post i have found on the subject.

When in minecraft i cant generate a new world or play on my server. the screen goes black. was wondering if there are any fixes fro this issue. also is it an issue my end or yours?

hey, any luck yet? i have the same exact problem, the server i play on turned to ultimate and i can't log cause of black screen[DOUBLEPOST=1363041340][/DOUBLEPOST]and pretty much tried all the thins you mentioned to fix it and nothing
