I have a Forestry Multi-Farm set up producing a buttload of saplings. Those saplings are being turned into biomass and put into a large RailCraft tank which is then connected to 30 Biogas Engines by a single liquiduct line that branches off to 3 blocks of 10 engines. For some reason, even when these engines are not running and are full of biomass, they slowly drain over time and pull more fuel from the tank. Is this intended? When I remove the redstone signal from the liquiduct that pulls biomass from my tank, it eventually empties the biomass in the liquiducts. Am I missing something on the Forestry Wiki? Or is it something that just happens as a natural part of the mod's design?

Any help would be appreciated!

Check the pipe for chunk boundaries. There is a bug in TE which makes liquid in pipes disappear if one part of the pipe is loaded and another is not. Until it's fixed, as a workaround you can make sure that the entire pipe and all the engines are always loaded.

I noticed this with mine last night.
Went from 420,000 to 99,000 over night.
Now I know about this bug, I think I'll just turn off the lever on the side of my tank so it's not pumping when I'm off line.
Bit cheaper than a chunk loader :)

Actually it is slightly more complicated than that. In the vast majority of cases, there is no issue. Multiple chunk crossings need to be involved as well as a couple of other factors.

In any case it's fixed now and we'll have a release after some testing.

Are you able to explain this a little more? (in very simple terms for a very simple person :) )
Is there a work around in the mean time?
I just lost about 90,000 from my tank in less than a MC night, with only 2 engines running :(

One good fix for now that I have been using and wil be doing from here on out is just start using the liquid tessaracts.
