is there a way to fix the not being able to leave your bed in 1.10.2
thing it i can not sleep in the game because it will not not let me
leave the bed

Unfortunately it is a Vanilla bug, not mod induced, so there isn't a good workaround that I've seen. I've been annoyed by it too. Thankfully it only happens occasionally (or maybe I've just stopped sleeping...)

It boots you back to the main menu and keeps you from having to restart your minecraft instance

I believe FTB Utilities has an /FTB kickme command to get you out of bed in these circumstances.
