Not to storm your thunder, but would you use a mod to do this when my plugin can cover all FTB/Tekkit modpacks? It allows users to configure the item to prevent players from using or even owning the item.

I think you're missing the point of what this does.

Ok, so we are having this issue.
A player can stand in the first 5 blocks outside of a claim and shoot in destroying in the claim, if the go past the 5 blocks Unleashed GP stop its, but not in those 5 blocks? Any help?

Add Admin Claim Support and Possibly add a World Guard Version or implemented support into the Towny/GP Version.

release a 1.6.4 version designed for direwolf, a lot of things have changed and are no longer protected by your plugin.
