BC quarry crashing Direwolf20 1.0.3 server

Hey guys I am running a Direwolf20 1.0.3 server with a few friends.
One of the players have setup a buildcraft quarry in our digger world. He also put a chickenchunk loader there because the BC quarry would stop working after a while.
However it seems to crash the server every now and then when active. There arent any flowing water or items on the ground either.
does anyone knows what is happening?

Try uuuuuuuupdating - 1.0.3 has an ancient version of BuildCraft in it.

Thanks for answering. I should update the server, just hoping that my world will be compatible with the newer version
