InventoryTweaks sometimes causes crash issues with the shift/space click methods though, just a heads up. The midst recent example I can think of was trying to shift + q from an advanced filing cabinet, but I probably should have known better since they don't like shift clicking into them either.
The only thing I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is Jabba dollies, but I've heard they can do bad things (think world corruption) if stored in other containers.
At least for the strongboxes though, I've found a stack mode import bus to AE works. Forestry backpacks can be right clicked on an inventory in deposit mode to dump all their contents at once. A diamond chest or two on another stack mode bus would be perfect; I know it worked well for me. They don't have some of the fancier features of dart bags, but they'll take ores just the same. For dirt, cobble, gravel and sand though, I'd compact them in a dart bag. Edit: Actually, seems like Dart Packs have this already. I haven't used DartCraft in a while, but from the topic:
The big issue of notebooks is still much trickier. Contacting XComp seems the best way, unless you wanted to just dump pages in an ender pouch.
Come to think of it, periodically dumping everything in an ender pouch and sorting it from the other end would solve some issues, but it'd be more manual for mining.
Lastly, consider looking into ender io's inventory management. I think Ako the Builder had a mining system that he used with that.

Force Packs are now interactable with inventories like chests by right-clicking on the chest with the Force Pack. Item Cards inside the Pack will determine which items are placed where. Items that normally get sucked into the pack are placed into the inventory, whereas items that are normally restocked are sucked into the pack
