Summary of the problem Auto crafting buged

What is the bug? The refined storage system doesn't want to craft anything at all, not matter what recipes I give it, and try to use it keeps getting stuck.

In the crafting monitor, it says: "No machine found"

As far as I know you don't need to use any machines to craft a furnace or a crafting table?

Are you creating the patterns in a Pattern Grid or the Processing Pattern Encoder?

Thanks, tried to use the pattern grid instead, and it is now working fine.
