Summary of the problem Artifact bags just giving old blue bags newest update

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? I have a n enderman farm in the end, wtih cursed earth. I am collecting just the loot bags and parcels friom the farm. IThe loot bags are imported into my refined storage system and saved until i open them.when i ioen the Artifact bags, they are just giving me Old Blue bags, then those old blue bags are just giving me old blue bags... ect

Oh, so it was intended, but not documented? Gonna cry while I throw about two hundred bags into the void.

Nope, sorry I missed that one changelog. My concern was fixing the world corrupting crashes people were having with them because of a config issue and the update needed to go out within 20 minutes.
