I do. I'm not telling you because they've been reported to the appropriate people and are being handled through the appropriate channels. This particular one I couldn't care less about because it's extraordinary use of intended game mechanics, the ones I know of are in buggy behavior territory.

And if people start throwing the buggy ones about in this thread, I will be deleting those posts (and reporting the ones I haven't seen before), FYI. Those are my instructions from on high. Lathanael and Wyld should be getting these reports privately (this is even covered in my Where & When To Post New Threads post, linked from the informational post sticky Jaded has in every forum).

Thanks.

Right, It'll just be on youtube were people can totally see it XD
And these videos are more about the interesting bugs, Just plonking down a machine and having it cause a crash isn't exactly worth shooting a demonstration of

Or the twilight forest developer could do it right, Or the gravity gun developer, By the way, Does anyone else know of any other exploits that are active and i can make videos about?

Neither of them did it wrong. Benimatic made the portal get struck by lightning. iChun made the Gravity Gun become supercharged via lightning and added a recipe for it since it's rather difficult to be struck by lightning. Neither modder is really at fault here. There is really no problem with the way either of the mehcanics they made had on their own. It just so happens that putting one and one together makes eleven. If you really want a fix, use Recipe Remover to take out the recipe for the Gravity Gun. I'm not 100% sure that it will work with the Uncrafting Table, but you could try it.

A lot of recipies are legit things to be uncrafted, Punishing people who do the right thing isn't the way to fix a problem

People who exploit mods are always going to exploit them.

I say this whole thing isn't OP at all since you can change the amount that the guns spawn in loot chests. Can't find them (or harder to) in chests, can't uncraft free stuff for profit.

And making the gun upgrade isn't an issue, unless it can be broken down into it's parts.

This is why I think the uncrafting table should have a blacklist. Or perhaps notice that the table contains X, and charge double levels for every instance of an X, for a restricted list, and then the blacklist is just "Nope, won't let you break that apart"

I wrote up a post with a well researched and well worded list of what items I'd put on it and why, from vanilla, and then what ones I'd suggest opting into the blacklist from other mods, by devs... or maybe I never got that far. If it was also configurable so servers could pick things they thought where important to prevent...

*shrugs* anybody want to converse about it?

There's not much to converse about. It's the best solution to the problem. Nearly perfect I'd say. I have no idea if anyone has brought this to the attention of Benimatic, but if not, someone should. It would be beneficial for server owners who try to stop exploits.

Didn't think this was an issue. Any smart server owner would just disable this mod outright anyway weather this exploit existed or not. Primarily because of mods ability to move blocks and it's habit of bypassing almost all protection plugins.
If we are speaking of single player I am going to say the tried and partially true "Don't like it don't do it" becasue as far as single-player goes you control your own experience especially when it comes to mods.

All that being said though... It would be an awesome sight to see two modders working together to make their mods more compatible (then again you could say they already very compatible depending on how you view the exploit). However they aren't obligated to "fix" this "problem". As the mods are designed to be stand alone any mod compatibility aspects are usually an afterthought only implemented after a release.
