Applied Energistics : how do i force a network to craft?

That's the situation:
I use an ME storage and network including a modular assembler chamber.
I have a matter fab that eats scrap boxes from the ME network through an export bus. The ME assembler has the pattern to craft scrap boxes out of scrap. Unfortunately it doesn't craft the boxes automatically even though it has plenty of scrap.

How do I tell the ME network to craft boxes automatically as long as there are resources to do so?
