Anyone have info on CalclaviaCore pack permissions?

I've looked all over and I can't find anything specific to CalclaviaCore. Calclavia has given permissions for pretty much all of his other mods to be used in private packs...but I don't see anywhere that specifically states a firm "allowed" for CalclaviaCore.

Anyone happen to know where proof can be found? Lots of threads on the Calclavia forums requesting permissions have gone unanswered for months.

I think it goes without saying that if an author allows you to package his mod, his dependencies are bundled under that permission.
