Any way to disable IC2 mining laser in a DW20 server?

I can't find the config option to disable it anywhere. There is no config option in the IC2.cfg. I can't find a list anywhere to add a blacklisted item either.
 
Before you waste hours and hours on the same tool I did - recipe remover CANNOT deal with IC2 crafting recipes. IC2 does NOT use standard crafting for some completely idiotic reason only its maker might or might not know so yea... you are stuck with the OP IC2 items that kill multiplayer gaming unless Shadowdragon specifically adds that feature :(
