Any kind of block placer?

Hello, since in FTB we have block breakers I was wondering if we have any kind of block placer? Sorry, i'm new to this
I'm using the ultimate pack

Block Breakers are part of the RedPower 2 mod, and they do have their counterparts, particularly the Deployer, which will place (or right click) any block that it is facing. This can also be used for bucket filling and such.

The next version of these is the Assembler, which is able to place different blocks, either in a sequential pattern (e.g. glass, glass, glass, brick), or with respect to the colour of the signal applied (going from the coloured insulated cable, also added by RedPower).
